Meet the team
Sue Goodin founded ResilienceONE. She leads Release & Rise with the practitioners you will meet during the week.
The team
Who you will meet
Sue is at every retreat, not a name on the letterhead. With her are Kim Oliva, Aaron Grosskopf, Juana Crespo, and Claudia Sanchez.
Their backgrounds are below: what they do, where they trained, and how they ended up here.

Sue E. Goodin
Founder and Chief Executive Officer
Sue Goodin has spent her working life around healthcare without ever being the person in the treatment room. She was Director of Development for the Colorado Neurological Institute, consulted to HealthONE’s Swedish Medical Center, and worked with Yampa Valley Medical Center, Health Magazine, Vail Associates, and Arizona Heart. She graduated from the University of Denver and studied entrepreneurship at CU.
What that career gave her was an unusually clear view of a particular kind of person: capable, senior, relied upon, and quietly running on empty. She founded ResilienceONE to do something about it, and spent years building integrative health and coaching programmes inside Denver-area hospitals for exactly those people.

Kim Oliva
NBC-HWC, MNT, E-RYT 200
Transformational coach and board-certified health coach
Kim Oliva is a Transformational Coach and Nationally Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach, with training in Neurolinguistic Programming, Mental and Emotional Release, and hypnosis, and certification as a HeartMath practitioner. She studied at Duke University and with Amit Sood, M.D. of the Mayo Clinic.
She has more than twenty years in wellness as an Integrative Care Director, nutritionist, and somatic movement practitioner. Her work weaves breathwork, movement, and emotional regulation into practical tools that hold up after the week is over.
She is known for sessions that are experiential rather than theoretical, and for meeting people exactly where their body and their week actually are.

Aaron Grosskopf
IIN, QEC
Quantum Energy Practitioner and Ahead Map coach
Aaron Grosskopf has been a chef by trade for the last 30 years, and during the latter half of his career he discovered the world of natural health. He became a health coach in 2018 through IIN (Institute for Integrative Nutrition). He is the author of Don’t Wait Until You’re Sick, an Ahead Map coach with Dr. Buttar, a Quantum Energy Practitioner (QEC) since 2020, and an advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza.
Combining QEC subconscious reprogramming, meditation, and the Ahead Map detoxification assessment, Aaron has found a formula to regain health, detox, and support longevity, with confidence.
Combining these modalities into Release & Rise retreats with the other practitioners, guests are entering back into their lives with a new, undeniable glow.

Juana Crespo
Vice President of Creativity & Experiences
Holistic psychotherapist and certified thanatologist
Juana Crespo has explored a single question: how do people create lasting change? Her professional journey began in training and development and evolved through marketing research, where she developed a deep understanding of human behaviour, motivation, and the psychology of transformation.
Today, as a holistic psychotherapist, certified thanatologist, and Vice President of Creativity & Experiences at ResilienceONE, and an advanced student of Dr. Joe Dispenza’s work, she designs immersive, evidence-informed experiences that integrate psychology, creativity, and somatic practices to help people transform from the inside out.
Together with the multidisciplinary team at ResilienceONE, she helps create compassionate, transformative experiences that empower individuals to heal, build resilience, and live with greater purpose and well-being.

Claudia L. Sanchez
P.T.
Physical therapy, habilitation and rehabilitation
Claudia Sanchez began her career as a massage therapist. What kept her going was a straightforward question: why does tension settle in the tissue where it does, and how do you release the actual cause rather than the symptom.
That question led her to study physical therapy, habilitation, and rehabilitation, and to an understanding that some physical symptoms are storing something emotional.
Her technique is holistic and adaptive, built around helping people let go of what has been wearing their bodies down.
