This site does not run accounts or mailing lists. It uses Google Analytics to understand which pages people read. What follows is what we actually collect, why, and who sees it.

Who we are

ResilienceONE runs this website and the Release & Rise retreats. If you want to ask about your information, write to releasenriseretreats@gmail.com.

What this site collects

The site uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and to see which pages lead to an inquiry. Google sets cookies on your device for that. We do not use those measurements to show you ads on this site, we do not sell the information, and we do not add anyone to a list they did not ask to join.

If you send an inquiry from a contact page, your email app opens with a message addressed to us. We receive whatever you choose to send. For a retreat inquiry that is typically your name, email address, an optional phone number, and your message. For an employer discovery call it also includes your organisation and role. That arrives in our inbox. There is no form server sitting behind the page.

If you complete the intake and indemnity form, a PDF of your answers downloads on your device and an email to us opens so you can attach it. That form can include health history, medications, mental health information, and other details the practitioner team needs in order to prepare for you. Treat it as sensitive, because it is.

The Ahead Map questionnaire runs in your browser. Your answers are not sent to us when you fill it in. We only see them if you later choose to share them, for example in a session with Aaron or by writing to us.

Payment is taken by Stripe, not by this website. Photography and film consent is a separate Google Form. Those companies handle that information under their own policies.

How we use it

Inquiries: to reply to you, and to have the conversation you asked for.

Intake: to prepare your retreat, including one-to-one sessions, and to hold the confidentiality, cancellation, and indemnity terms you agreed to. It is not used for marketing.

Analytics: to see which pages people read and which pages lead someone to open an inquiry email. Those measurements do not include the name, email, or message you type in a form.

We do not use your information to profile you for advertising.

Who sees it

Inquiries are read by the people who run ResilienceONE.

Intake is read by the practitioner team preparing for your retreat, and nobody else. It is not published and it is not shared with other guests.

Visit counts go to Google Analytics. Google processes that under its own terms. We see aggregated reports (pages, countries, devices, and when someone opened an inquiry from a page). We do not see your name or email in those reports.

Email is received through Gmail, so Google is involved in carrying the message. Stripe and Google Forms are involved only if you use those links. This site also loads its typefaces from Google Fonts.

Health information

The intake form can include information about your body and your mind. We ask for it only so the team can work with you safely and specifically. We do not use it to underwrite insurance, to train a public model, or to market to you.

ResilienceONE is not a hospital and this site is not a medical record system. If you would rather discuss something in person than write it down, leave that field blank and tell us on your pre-retreat call.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry emails for as long as we need them to finish the conversation, and then as ordinary business correspondence.

We keep intake information for as long as it is needed to prepare for and follow up on your retreat. If you want it deleted, write to us and we will do that unless we are required to keep a record of the agreement you signed.

Your choices

You can write to us to ask what we hold, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Use the address above. We will come back to you within a reasonable time, usually a few business days.

You can limit Analytics with your browser settings, a tracker blocker, or Google’s Analytics opt-out add-on. This site does not show a cookie banner; if you stay, Analytics may run.

This site and the retreats are for adults. Do not send us information about a child.

Changes

If how we handle information changes in a way that matters, we will update this page and the date at the top.
