How it works

Three steps to reserve your place

Do them in this order if you can. The two forms are what let the practitioners prepare for you specifically, which is the part that makes your week yours rather than generic. Payment comes last and confirms the place.

  1. Complete your intake and indemnity form

Health, history, and what you are hoping to walk away with. It goes to the practitioner team and nobody else, and it is the reason your sessions are planned around you.

    Go to the form

  2. Give your photography and film consent

A short separate form covering whether you are happy to appear in photographs and film from the retreat. Saying no is a completely normal answer and changes nothing else.

    Go to the consent form

  3. Complete your payment

Payment is handled by Wise, which opens in a new tab. Your place is confirmed the moment it clears, and we come back to you by email the same day.

    Pay with Wise

Step one

Intake and indemnity form

This is the longest part, and the most useful. It goes to the practitioner team so that your one-on-one sessions are built around your body, your history, and what you actually want from the week.

Answer what you can. Only a handful of fields are marked required. The rest you can leave blank if the question does not apply or you would rather talk about it in person.

About you

This is where we confirm your place and reply to anything you raise here.

Optional. Useful for the practical calls before you travel.

Physical health
How would you describe your current eating habits?
How often do you exercise or move your body on purpose?
If you do exercise, what do you do?

Choose as many as apply.

How do you rate your energy level most days?
How would you describe your typical sleep?
Emotional health
How easy is it for you to notice and name your emotions?
When you feel strong emotions (anger, sadness, stress), what do you usually do?

Choose as many as apply.

How often do your emotions control you, rather than you feeling in charge of how you respond?
Do you currently use any tools to help you manage your emotions? If yes, what tools do you use?

Choose as many as apply.

Mental health
How would you describe your inner voice, self talk most of the time?
How often do you feel stuck in overthinking (worry, replaying situations, “what if” scenarios)?
How clear are you about your direction and goals for the next 1–3 years?
When challenges happen, what is your first automatic thought?
Spiritual health: your purpose
How connected do you feel to a sense of meaning or purpose in your life?
How often do you engage in spiritual or reflective practices (prayer, scripture, meditation, nature walks)?
Your current focus and challenges
Which areas do you think you need to focus on?

Choose as many as apply.

Health and medical information

Answer what applies to you. Anything you would rather say out loud than write down, leave blank and raise it on your pre-retreat call.

Assisted physical therapy and rehabilitation

For Claudia Sanchez, who will be working with your body during the retreat.

Have you ever received physical therapy, massage or similar?
Do you have any pain in any part of your body?
Is that pain acute or chronic?
Do you have an active autoimmune disease?
Do you have any chronic or degenerative disease?
Is there a possibility of pregnancy?
Coach–client relationship and coaching acknowledgement

Client is solely responsible for creating and implementing her own physical, mental and emotional well-being, decisions, choices, actions and results arising out of or resulting from the coaching relationship and her coaching calls and interactions with the Coach. As such, the Client agrees that the Coach is not and will not be liable or responsible for any actions or inaction, or for any direct or indirect result of any services provided by the Coach. Client understands coaching is not therapy and does not substitute for therapy if needed, and does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease.

Client acknowledges that coaching is a comprehensive process that may involve different areas of her life, including work, finances, health, relationships, education and recreation. The Client agrees that deciding how to handle these issues, incorporate coaching principles into those areas and implementing choices is exclusively the Client’s responsibility.

The Client understands that in order to enhance the coaching relationship, the Client agrees to communicate honestly, be open to feedback and assistance and to create the time and energy to participate fully in the program.

There is no guarantee you will achieve the results you desire if you do not do the work. This is a do-with process, not a do-to. You are responsible for keeping your scheduled appointments and for completing the tasks created from the coaching session, failure to do so thoroughly may fail to yield the results you are anticipating. Commit to the investment you are making in yourself and commit to the process.

Coaching is not a form of therapy and not intended to fix or otherwise treat mental illness and/or physical illness. If under the care of a physician or psychiatrist please let your coach know, as a referral letter may be needed to proceed with the coaching process.

Growth and change can be uncomfortable. Outcomes of growth and change can be perceived as both positive and negative (not good or bad). There are no guarantees when doing the work, what the outcomes will be. A new awareness and new learnings can lead to major shifting within yourself and the perceived world around you. This means some people/things may stay in your life and some may go. This is a process that requires you to be open to possibility, willing to experience the shifts and the changes that may occur. This is a path to integrate and create different behavior patterns, actualize growth, learning, and wisdom. There is no guarantee you will achieve the results you desire if you do not do the work. This is a do-with process, not a do-to process. The expectation is direct and transparent communication. If there is a lack of communication, an appropriate boundary will be set. You are responsible for keeping your scheduled appointments and completing tasks assigned to you.

Coaching is not a form of therapy and not intended to treat mental or physical illness. If under care of a mental health care professional or medical professional, this must be communicated to the coach. Although some medical treatments and decisions may be discussed, this is in no way a substitute or an alternative for the advice given by your presiding medical professionals. Coaching is not to be considered medical therapy. If at any time, you are considering harming yourself or another, you must immediately go to an Emergency Room or other urgent care. All NLP (neuro linguistic programming), Mental and Emotional Release (MER) and hypnosis techniques that are used in the coaching sessions have been studied and backed by research. The coach may also integrate energy work into the session. There are no guarantees of results, results are client specific.
